You sign a change order with the new scope and cost. Then the added work can start.

ABBA gets the permits and books each required check.
Who plans structural work?
New Jersey licensed engineers draw these plans.
Who does the trade work?
State-licensed trades do the electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
Who keeps track of my job?
You have a project manager. That person tracks the work, dates and updates.
Where does ABBA work?
Atlantic County and Cape May County, NJ.
